Who would ride a bike like this?

In a vegetarian organic cafe that has all you can eat salad bar as part of its offerings and see a bike similar to this propped up against the wall.
What would you expect the owner to look like?

Answer: No this wasn't Ashey's hire bike from yesterday. The owner is similar to this...



He has 3-4 platefuls for lunch every day and we have watched him before wondering how on earth he can eat that much but stay stick thin - now we know!
